Overview

Classes missed during a term are assumed to be forfeit as a "no show". Barring exceptional circumstances, make-up classes or pro-rata credits will not be issued

Multi-class packs have a 12 month expiry from date of purchase. Any remaining classes unclaimed at the end of this period are considered as "no show" and cannot be rolled over further

If you have been asked to leave class for any of the below reasons, this is also considered a forfeit of the remainder of the class and no refunds will be issued:

• Aggressive or other antisocial behaviour
• Inappropriate phsyical contact or verbal comments towards another class member
• Repeated disruptive behaviour
• Attempted soliciting of students for another dance school

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and release BachatAmor from all claims, demands or legal actions arising from accidents, injuries, losses or damages to yourself or your property, whether initiated by you, on your behalf or by third parties

Refund process

Please contact dance@bachataperth.com for all refund requests, providing your proof of purchase and stating reason for refund. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via return email.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
